:: Thank you for taking the time to reserve your place on one of our Underworld Adventures. Please fill out the form below and hit the 'submit' button when you're done. We endevaour to confirm all internet bookings via email within 24 hours.

:: Should you wish to speak to us directly, you may call us freephone within New Zealand on 0800 11 6686. Outside of New Zealand, we can be reached at +64 3 789 6686. Our office hours are daily 07:30 to 20:00.

:: All adventures begin at the "Charleston Cavern" hotel. The hotel is located in Charleston, a small gold-mining village 30kms south of Westport on the main coastal highway, State Highway 6. When your booking is confirmed, you will be assigned a time for your adventure. Please report to the reception area, inside the front entrance of the "Cavern" at this time. Alternatively, you may be collected from your Westport accomodation, free of charge. Please specify in the last field of this form if you will be requiring this service.

:: After you submit this form, your data will be summarised on another page. We suggest you print this page and keep the details for your own reference. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

Heavy rain can affect all of our adventures. We need a way to contact you, should conditions change that might affect your adventure.
