    The caving experience was more than we expected. Highlights: Cute train, great guides, cave formations, glow worms and floating down the river. Was loads of fun. Would highly recommend the trip to others. Oh and its great that guides take complimentary photos for you.

    Enthralling trip by knowledgeable guides. Astounded by the history of the elements from the native trees to the formations in the cave. Will be returning for the cave rafting next time. Highly recommended – an absolute must do!

    Absolutely fantastic adventure ! Definitely the highlight of our trip to New Zealand. Thankyou Andrea, you were an amazing guide, the glow worm caves you showed us were simply breathtaking !

    We would recommend this to anybody with a sense of adventure and a love for all things natural.

    Did the trip yesterday and LOVED it. Amazing experience. The caving was fantastic, the glow-worms phenomenal and the rafting awesome. I will be raving about it for a long time to come!

    Great experience and recommended to all,loved every part of it – the train ride through lovely forrest, walking through the forrest and cave, riding the tube and seeing the glow-worms. Guides were lovely and getting good quality photos a special bonus. The cave is quite large so suitable for those who can get a little claustophobic.

    We had a brilliant adventure with you. Everyone of us enjoyed every part of the trip. It was a very happy and friendly experience from start to finish. Within our family of 6 we certainly spanned the ages and provided you with the youngest (9) and oldest (62) of the complete group and yet we all managed well and appreciated the care the guides took to allow everyone in the very large group of 28 to be safe but have fun. Thank you so much for accommodating our youngest – he had a total blast and is lining up for a repeat. We are telling the world about you :-)

    Everyone should do this. I’m 60 yrs old and if I can cope with it anyone can. It is a fantastic adventure. You feel like you are discovering the caves for the first time. Experiencing floating through the glow worm cave is quite surreal. Happy memories.

    did the tour on the 21st dec, great experience and fun, great weather 4 it on the day 2,every 1 should have a go. THANKS 2 OUR TOUR GUIDE TIM from the speedy family.:) .if u love the outdoors like i do,then have a go at this.

    We had fantastic experience at underworld rafting. The caving was great, the glow-worms phenomenal and the rafting awesome. Very friendly and helpful guide. Everyone should do the underworld rafting when he is nearby.

    What an amazing experience, glow worms fantastic. Our friend was concerned that she would not be able to handle the “confined” space but in the end was no problem. Staff where very helpfull and the guides brilliant, great sence of humour. A must see for everyone, great trip, thanks.

    thanks for a wonderful trip. you were great with the kids and even tho im a bit claustrophobic it was so amazing and you were all so great that i didnt notice. really amazing trip and definately worth the money, hope to be back when our youngest is old enough to do it.

    This was one of the best activities that we did while in N.Z. Our two guides were extremely professional and the experience was great. Because it had rained, our guides kept monitoring the water levels, and we were happy that we were allowed to do the cave rafting. Rafting through the glow worm cave was memorable, as was rafting down the river at the end. We told everyone we could about this venture, while traveling around N.Z.

    This was THE highlight (amongst many highlights!) of our NZ road trip. The glow worms were stunning, the cave formations beautiful, and the tubing was exhilarating. I’m late 50′s, semi-experienced caver (but not done it for decades), & not a confident swimmer. If I can do it anyone can. This was a great adventure. Slept well that night! Thanks for the great guiding, Kylie!

    The best adventure in the whole of New Zealand, floating under ground looking up at the glow worms is magical. Enjoyed the caving and the rafting. We also have the photographs to remind us of a wonderful time.

    This would be one of the best tours we’ve ever done. It had a bit of everything, and the guides and staff obviosuly are service-focussed. If you’re thinking about this trip or some other – don’t! Just do this one. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed. As ex-tour operators ourselves we congratulate NorWest Tours on exceptional experience. The downloadable photos are icing on the excellence cake!

    One of the highlights of our first ever visit to NZ. Despite water levels being a bit low, had lots of fun, leaned a lot from v,g, guide. All professionally and brilliantly organised,
